Work reports


Written work reports are used to document:

  • The work done at each work day/ field day/ work session
  • The progress of each site or task
  • The use of chemicals and special tools
  • Health and safety issues or concerns
  • The training needs of the volunteers
  • Requests for and deliveries of material resources (mulch, logs, plants)
  • Tasks for the next work day
  • A map showing where the work was undertaken

Work reports can be completed by the supervisor / trainer or volunteers
