The vision for the environmental program

Set out from the start what your program intends to achieve. What do you want an area to be like in 12 months? 5 years? As a result of the involvement of volunteers?

  • What are the volunteers' visions? What is the community's vision? Ask them
  • Link the program's vision to the organisation's purpose and broader vision statements for fostering community participation, volunteering and managing the natural environment
