Does the volunteer group have sufficient ability, resources (human and material) and support to complete the job in the long term?

Some questions to ask when defining the goals and measurable objectives: What do you want to achieve and why? What are the site priorities? What are the existing and potential problems that you will have to deal with to achieve your goals? Which forms of disturbance are most threatening to the vegetation and habitat on the site?
