- Act promptly on the feedback you are given.
- Always keep a note of what is said and suggested by staff, volunteer
surveys and evaluation forms, especially if some things can't be changed
or implemented right now.

about whether the positive experiences and build up of knowledge and
skills are happening for the majority of volunteers or among a core
of a few individuals. What would happen if these few individuals left
the program? You might consider buddying up some volunteers with the
more experienced volunteers so that the invaluable local knowledge
and skills can be passed on. |
