Join a unique and passionate grassroots ecological restoration team dedicated to improving our natural environment.
Endemic Environmental is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as a Casual Bush Regenerator, with opportunities to step into site supervisory roles for the right candidates.
We don’t just regenerate bushland—we’re reshaping the way we take care of the Land. At Endemic Environmental, our land stewardship model draws on formal scientific training, ongoing research, collaborative partnerships with First Nations knowledge holders, and nearly a decade of hands-on ecological restoration experience. We use fire as a key management tool where appropriate, and only use herbicides when absolutely necessary.
About the Role
You’ll work across diverse bushland sites in Sydney’s north, supporting the recovery and long-term health of locally indigenous ecosystems. Tasks may include weed control, revegetation, seed collection, erosion mitigation, fire preparation, prescribed burning and general land management. For those ready and capable, there’s potential to lead crews and take on site supervisory duties.
