Company Overview
Red Eye Regen is an emerging ecological restoration company based in Queensland, delivering science-led, site-specific outcomes across Southeast Queensland. Founded in 2025 by Callum McKercher, Jake Platt, and Alex Mackenzie-Schaeffer, our team combines over two decades of experience in environmental science, bush regeneration, and habitat rehabilitation.
We are dedicated to restoring biodiversity, protecting threatened species, and supporting landholder goals through collaborative partnerships and best-practice methodologies. Our work spans offset plantings, invasive species removal, and subtropical rainforest restoration, all guided by ecological sensitivity, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

- Compliance with Queensland’s Biosecurity Act and Vegetation Management Act.
- Adaptive management and minimal-disturbance practices to promote natural regeneration.
