SERA conference

The conference will showcase the foundation, tools and latest research on restoration projects, with a program that includes a combination of keynote, symposium, oral and poster presentations, spanning an array of themes from principles and practice, biomes, impact and specialist disciplines. Presentations that highlight the use of traditional knowledge in restoration are strongly encouraged as is the attendance of indigenous ranger groups and those working on applying traditional knowledge to restoration projects.

AABR is a major sponsor of The Albert Morris Award for outstanding restoration projects with social benefits, which will be presented at the SERA conference.

The Wednesday 1:10-3pm session on Assisted Natural Regeneration Projects – appropriate responses to the Black Summer wildfires in NSW Australia is being sponsored by AABR and has AABR members Tein McDonald, Gerad Proust, Tom Clarke presenting along with Boyd Carney and Joanne Green.
