The Good Bush People believe it is important to look after high conservation value bushland. This includes Wilderness, Endangered Ecological Communities, Habitat of Threatened Species, National Parks, Special Areas to protect our drinking water and bushland in good condition.
It is important to manage threats to these areas upstream and on the edges. We support the use of environmental weed control to assist natural regeneration rather than vain attempts to recreate ecosystems.
Our remote area team is able to drive on management trails and walk into wilderness areas and camp for up to a week being self sufficient. Our rope access team includes Level 1 and Level 2 Rope Access Technicians registered with the Australian Rope Access Association and Vertical Rescue Operators. We are qualified and equipped to work on cliffs and waterfalls.
