The Society for Ecological Restoration Australasia (SERA) will be holding their second conference from 17-23 November, 2014 – in Noumea, New Caledonia. SERA meetings aim to provide an regional forum for scientists and practitioners who look to restoration as a means to conserve the planet’s dwindling biodiversity and failing ecosystems. These meetings provide a critical platform to assist us in defining the principles of restoration, understanding goals and milestones, debating what ecosystem functions to measure and closing the gap between the science of restoration ecology and the practice of ecological restoration.

Abstract submission for contributed oral and poster presentations HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO JUNE 5th 2014 .
