There has been a lot of hidden yet vital activity happening behind the scenes at AABR. The major initiative has been the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, called SupporterHub.
To make the system work there has been a review of our membership data base and our supporters e-list. The CRM will allow AABR to collate all the interactions our members have with us in one system instead of across multiple systems, a real boost in administrative efficiencies.
This year’s membership renewal process will be run through the new system and so we will be asking you to check your information that we hold, we’ve updated our Privacy Policy to reflect this. When renewing you will also have the option to renew for multiple years or make a donation. Membership renewals will be sent out on 1st July and come from admin@aabr.org.au.
The June e-news has also been distributed through SupporterHub and soon all events and bush jobs will be linked through the system as well.
